Cindy Swanson

I am a Hometown Girl, born and raised in Grayson County. Today, I live on a 160-acre wheat farm that my father was planting himself as a young Farmer. In the late 1800’s my great grandparents settled in Enterprise, Texas an area now known as Pottsboro. They had traveled from Illinois to Texas in a covered wagon in search of “A Better Life” and they found it.

Our family has lived and farmed here for over a 120 years and much like our Ancestors before us, we are keeping that tradition alive today. The land, what it can produce and provide, was our way of life. I understand the meaning of hard work and what a person’s property represents in terms of lifestyle and investment.

I also understand the true meaning of hometown customer service. I have built the business at Kusch Land and Realty on my referrals. My solid experience in real estate sales has upheld the time-honored practice of putting the customer first! This is why clients keep coming back and are recommending Kusch Land and Realty to their family and friends.

“Real estate has always been my passion; every day is different, exciting, and rewarding. To walk a client from the beginning to closing in a real estate transaction is a rewarding experience. The best part is, many of my clients have become lifelong friends.”

As your Hometown Realtor, please know that whether you are looking to become a homeowner for the first time or are building your wealth through Investment Real Estate, I can help you. I fully understand the market conditions, home values and the negotiation process. I pledge to be a good listener and deliver the best service possible.
